HOME CARE SERVICES
We provide services to enable your loved one to remain in the comfort of their home. This creates greater independence while delaying the need for nursing home or assisted living care. Our customized and creative home care services are created to provide peace of mind when needed most.
COMPANION SERVICES
We provide companion services such as meal preparation, light house cleaning, and medication reminders. It is another way to allow for a loved one to remain in their home but not have to worry about some of these daily maintenance tasks.
SITTER SERVICES
We provide sitter services so that there is someone to just sit with your loved one if needed. This prevents them from being home alone. Whether reading, having a conversation, playing games, or lending an ear, our sitters provide social interaction and company as needed.
PERSONAL CARE SERVICES
We provide personal care services which include all of the services under companion services, but also includes bathing, grooming, dressing and assistance with walking and sitting.
ANCILLARY SERVICES
CPR TRAINING
We have partnered with a company to provide CPR training to families. This is especially important for family members who find themselves assuming the role of caregiver.
FAMILY PLANNING
We have partnered with a company to provide assistance with estate planning needs, particularly Power of Attorney and Advance Directive documents.
DISCHARGE PLANNING
We will provide limited training for families who are new to the caregiver process and need to understand how to best plan for a loved one who requires care. This could be assistance with preparing a budget, providing resources, organization of the home/loved one’s space.
TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE
We will assist families with transportation services for their loved ones to get them to and from scheduled doctor appointments. This is a limited service that is provided on a case-by-case basis after consultation with our administrator.
BENEFITS ASSISTANCE
We have partnered with a company that can provide assistance with Medicaid planning or securing other benefits associated with long-term care.
